Assist in reviewing the legal documentation and commercial agreements
Provide assistance and support to ensure the Company's policies and procedures are in compliance with all local regulatory requirements
Provide assistance and support to ensure effective development, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance procedures and policies are in place
Assist in development of ERM system and implementation the risk frameworks, policies, guidelines / procedures and methodologies to identify, measure, control and report on all risk categories across the company
Participation in various ad-hoc projects
Job requirements:
Degree holder or above, preferably in Law, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines.
Experience in compliance, audit or risk management field, with exposure to the insurance company and/or financial services company, is preferred
Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance, Insurance Co. Ordinance, other relevant regulatory requirements.
Good communication and strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and responsible
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
