Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing the legal documentation and commercial agreements
  • Provide assistance and support to ensure the Company's policies and procedures are in compliance with all local regulatory requirements
  • Provide assistance and support to ensure effective development, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance procedures and policies are in place
  • Assist in development of ERM system and implementation the risk frameworks, policies, guidelines / procedures and methodologies to identify, measure, control and report on all risk categories across the company
  • Participation in various ad-hoc projects

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Law, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Experience in compliance, audit or risk management field, with exposure to the insurance company and/or financial services company, is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance, Insurance Co. Ordinance, other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Good communication and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
